UPDATE #3:
On Tuesday (May 31st), the Board held a special meeting to take action with regard to our pools. The Board unanimously approved moving forward with termination of the contract with the current pool management company. The Board unanimously approved hiring a second pool company to perform the work necessary to open our pools. At this time, we anticipate our pools being open on Saturday, June 11th.
The Board unanimously approved continuing our agreement with Summer Break Swim Club to allow recreational members to swim there free of charge until we can swim in the neighborhood (the HOA will cover the cost of guest passes for recreational members of our association.) Summer Break Swim Club is located at 8376 E 141st Street, Fishers. When you arrive, show your pool key card, sign in with your name and address and fill out their waiver. Because of the changes with our pool management, we currently do not have lifeguards for pool hours or for pool parties. We are looking for lifeguards. If you know of any certified lifeguards looking for work, please email wnnapools@gmail.com.

UPDATE #2:
The pool management company is continuing to experience ongoing challenges getting the pools ready. The pools will not be ready for Saturday’s opening. As a result, we are offering a solution.
Wellington NE Board and Summer Break Swim Club have worked out a plan for Wellington NE recreational members to swim the entire Memorial weekend at Summer Break Swim Club.
Summer Break is close by (8376 E 141st St, Fishers, IN 46038), heated, has a diving board and a climbing wall, and a concession stand.

Live Music & Beer truck 2-5pm.

The Pool Committee and WNNA Board have agreed to cover the $5 per guest per day fee charged for non-Summer Break Swim Club members.
When you arrive, all you need to do is show your pool key card, sign in with your name and address and fill out their family waiver. If you would like to review and complete beforehand (see attached below).

Due to the recent illness of the owner of our pool management company, they are behind schedule. This may delay the opening of one or both of our pools.
